Serenity
Alone in the stillness of mid-afternoon a grandmother sits in contemplation. Outside, the sun bakes the land; coolness of thick mud walls offer priceless shade. Clothes washed and mended, floors swept and food prepared for when families return from harvest. A background hum of flying insects, a flutter of leaves as an errant breeze caresses trees beneath which sleep the old men dreaming of heaven. Allswell; serenity reigns
What a contrast to your mischievous men! Wouldn’t you just love to go inside there?
