Staff at a restaurant in nearby Cheltenham have cleverly made and placed 2-D cut outs to resemble activity in the kitchen to make you think there’s a busy kitchen INSIDE. There is a busy kitchen inside; it’s a busy restaurant with lots of activity INSIDE, as seen from the OUTSIDE. The frosted’ window adds to the impression of a busy HOT kitchen.
Makes me feel a bit peckish…
